A professional run medical centre! The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful with questions. Greg, the physiotherapists, did a thorough job in understanding my pain issues. Greg was very professional and quickly provided me with the necessary exercises to immediately lessen my lower back pain. I recommend this center to anyone needing help from a physiotherapist!

Athletic Edge has been a true blessing for my mother who has been receiving excellent care for over a year now: Dr. Lum is simply exceptional, a credit to his profession. Michelle (Physiotherapist) has been incredibly helpful, effective and professional. She follows up on her treatments, is patient and very thorough. A lot of physiotherapists are dismissive, which is why we had been skeptical, but Michelle is very attentive. Parveen, the office manager, is very organized and polite. The only regrettable part is how there are such few centers like Athletic Edge in Toronto. They truly have the best team. Thank you .

My first visit to Athletic Edge did not disappoint. I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist which is quite uncommon these days. Cristina, my therapist, introduced herself and was very friendly and professional. She took time to understand my medical history and was very thorough in diagnosing the cause of my hip issue. She seemed genuinely concerned in helping me and provided me with some simple exercises to do at home.

Hi everyone here again, just to update after 3.5 months treatments from Dr. Corey, my pain has almost gone from my left shoulder and improved motivation up to 90%. My left arm is gaining 90% strength back. Only little information left in my shoulder that need more time to get it away. In additional Dr. Corey suggested to have appointment with Dr. Lum and see if he can help to take away that 10% information left and get my motivation back to normal. Seeing Dr. Lum next week. Looking forward to it. The really thing I do enjoy all the treatments are NO medications, NO Needles. Dr. Corey helps me recover by my own strength, practice excise he suggested. I booked appointment with Cristina Piticco. Cristina is very friendly, professional. explain your pain, understand the hurt and treat it right. Office is clean and net. Right on time for my appointment, no wasting time waiting for hours. Efficient. Very good experience at Richmond Hill AESM. Cristina is on her long holiday & I am now get treatments from Dr. Corey Hofkirchner. Dr. Corey gave me positive and effective treatment, focusing on the pain and did a great job on relieving muscle tension to improve muscle and bone mobility. Dr. Corey does symptomatic treatment, massage and osteopathy have obvious improvement on the whole muscle. My daily pain has been reduced to 40%, mobility has increase 30%. It really feels great. Although the second day after treatment will be more sore, the overall improvement is faster. I am so happy that I go back for my golf again "gently" Dr. Corey said. Good luck everyone!! I am so thankful to Dr. Lum and his staff. Dr. Lum is very knowledgeable and truly wants to help. I love that he listens carefully to my issues and works with me, rather than just making his own diagnosis. Michelle is a very helpful physiotherapist and nice to work with. Parvin is lovely to talk to when booking appointments.

All staff are ver y friendly and pleasant. The therapist is always on schedule and it's always a conversation of what needs to be done, what exercises are required and adjustments based on comfort/pain

I have been a patient and client of Dr. Lum and team for over 25 years. The integrated approach to solving health challenges and care to detail is second to none. Take advantage of the convenient new location and save yourself the stress etc. of going downtown. Put your trust in a health care team that communicates well and is forward thinking. I have and will continue to recommend them without hesitation.

This clinic has saved me! I saw Dr Lum downtown and he took the time to explain my injury to me and gave me a plan to get me back to my sport. He really listened to my concerns. I have never felt "paid attention to" in a doctor's office before! And we are both hopeful that surgery can be avoided. I am seeing Greg at the Richmond Hill office for physiotherapy. He is also excellent! He understands my injury and my sport and continues to give me a progression of exercises to ensure a safe rehabilitation. He is very engaging and listens to my concerns as well. Parvine at the front desk in Richmond Hill is great too. She is very friendly and super efficient at her job. Michelle who fit my brace is a warm and super professional person. My brace was done right the first time and she made sure i knew how to put in on propely and gave me tips for looking after it. I just can't say enough about Dr Lum and his team. Simply the best!
