★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After my spinal cord surgery Neurocore was there to support my rehabilitation needs that was not provided to me in the public system. Neurocore took a very personal approach and ensured a proper physiotherapy program was put in place for a person with a disability. The therapists and staff at Neurocore are very caring and pleasant to deal with. Whenever I called the clinic, they knew me by name just by the sound of my voice. I have recommended personal friends to the clinic, and will return if I require physiotherapy again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Jordan as my PT, and he was great at helping me out with my shoulder dislocation injury. He is very friendly and professional, and above, all he gave me the proper guide for my speedy recovery.
As for the facility itself, at first it was a bit odd to have an open space concept, but after a couple of sessions, it doesn't seem to be a big deal. May be a deal breaker for some people though..

My Son Amr Abdelrehim the Canadian champion in Judo had many treatments name it shoulder, knee , ankle .
The recovery time for athletes at Neuro Core is unbelievable.
Thank you for helping our Athletes back in track for international competition in a very short time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended Neurocore for 3 years, and always left satisfied. Allana is a remarkable PT. She’s extremely knowledgable, attentive to your needs, and so accommodating. Reception is always helpful and all the staff exemplify great customer service. I’ve had several of their RMTS as well and have never had any complaints. Amazing service, would highly recommend.

During my time there, I was given opportunities that most students are not given. These experiences not only allowed me to develop workplace skills but more importantly grow as an individual. This is all thanks to the leadership of Carole Chebaro. She has created an environment that truly is a place of miracles. The team she has put together is more like a family, who uses positivity, empathy and team work to save lives. Carole is a thoughtful, hard-working and determined individual who constantly goes above and beyond for whomever she comes into contact with. I can undoubtedly say that my experience as an employee at Neurocore Physiotherapy, was nothing but positive. Carole’s leadership and compassion creates an exceptionally pleasant workplace environment for both staff and clients. She is a forever mentor and I am so grateful for all that she has taught me about being a healthcare professional, a business owner and a person.

The healthy work environment, patience, empathy, and compassion between the staff and patients is remarkable. As a university pre-med student, Carole, the co-founder, has provided valuable and meaningful opportunities to support my career goals despite the presence of the COVID-19 pandemic. Being able to apply myself in a non-restrictive environment and seeing the care the clinic has for patients is really heart-warming.

It was a long journey, but with the help of Carole and especially MQ, I am back to my old self. My family is grateful for all their hard work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received treatment at Neurocore for several years to help strengthen my body and alleviate nerve pain as a result of a spinal cord injury. The treatment I received at Neurocore was top notch. Not only were the staff incredibly knowledgeable, but they are the most friendly and kind people and always made me look forward to my appointments. It is very clear that everyone who works at Neurocore is there because they love what they do. They truly care and are committed to your wellbeing.
Carole always took the time to help me understand the methodology, how each exercise impacted my body, and was always happy to answer the million questions I always had. Beyond physio, I also received massage therapy at Neurocore. I’ve been to many massage therapists in my life but Robbie is hands down the best.
