β β β β β The best physiotherapist Iβve been too. Shirley and team go above and beyond expectation to diagnose, treat, and provide post-treatment care and advice. Shirley the owner called me herself at least two or three times, once on her day off to make sure my back pain is improving. Her diagnosis of a slipped disk was bang on and later confirmed by two doctors. She provided a letter for my insurance company within 2 hours of being asked. They use an amazing app to help you do your exercises and guide you on the recovery journey. I canβt say enough about how amazing the team is - the personal service, the care, the compassion, the professionalism, most importantly the knowledge and experience - all top notch. Best clinic Iβve been to by a long shot. Thank you Shirley and team. You have my endorsement. And my dadβs. And our GPβs who referred us here initially! ??

β β β β β I have been attending C.A.R.E. Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre for a few years. Shirley and her staff are very professional. Appointment times are almost always to the minute of the set time.
Shirley and the supportive staff members do not rush you through treatment sessions and treat you as a number. They make every effort to provide the best treatment possible for your injury.
Shirleyβs assessments are detailed and accurate. She is also very skillful in terms of equipment use and muscle and bone manipulation. She is knowledgeable when asked about the reason behind each treatment procedure and any post-op at home care. She always books plenty of time for each session, so I never feel the work was rushed.
Super friendly and supportive staff members. Shirley would go above and beyond to help patients recover faster. Always feel cared for and at home. I highly recommend Shirley to anyone seeking a reliable and experienced physiotherapist. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

β β β β β Very bad experience with front desk even though the massage therapist is very good. Front desk Lady was cold feeling, when I asking her question she just shows cold temperature and no warm or friendly feeling. Why I need to suffer it, won't come back!

Shirley has been treating my mom for many years and has always worked her magic to help my mom recover. She is thoughtful and genuine in her mission to rehab her patients. We never feel rushed and she answers all of our questions.

β β β β β From the moment you walk in there is certainly a sense of care from the staff at C.A.R.E. Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation. All the staff are consistently wonderful in every way every time I have gotten treatment from them over the years. From Shirley and Tomo and all their support staff including the receptionist they are all efficient, professional and personable. Even their covid screening is terrific. All of this of course adds up to a safe, speedy and pleasant recovery which I can attest to over my many visits to this well run establishment. Do not hesitate going to C.A.R.E for your rehabilitation. It's so wonderful you may even enjoy it.
