β β β β β My condo is old and the tenant complains several time. My agent analysis the market and told me it's the right time to sell. We put it on market on Sunday and sold Yesterday, unbelievable price! I'm really satisfied with the professional and high quality services. Thanks AC

She is extremely unprofessional!
I will be reaching out to her manager and MLS in making a formal complaint.
If you scroll down, there are other people who have complained about her also.
My family and I are distraught about what she has done, so please avoid the heartbreak and hassle she has caused and do not do business with this woman.

β β β β β Emailed Jeannie Zhang, a broker here. The unit is obviously an investment property with 14 bachelor units. I realize that not all the units are rented out, and I asked for the lease end date of the 2 tenants who still have a lease, since a buyer would need to honour the leases if choosing to buy. She refused to disclose this basic info (asking for the end date on the lease) which any buyer would ask anyways, until I told her personal details about myself. The listing did not offer any pictures of the units at all. This is an obvious red flag to let buyers not to work with her!

β β β β β Booked a viewing at a rental property. Tenant must be present due to the security of the work they do from home. This realtor was a no call / no show and failed to cancel through the app or notify in any way, causing the tenant to remain on site needlessly.
