Not only was he truly a highly skilled mortgage broker with knowledge or contacts in all facets of home ownership, he is just an AWESOME person! He made us feel like incredibly comfortable, patiently taking the time to answer all of our questions and giving us sincere advice that we were so grateful for. He was always prompt with responses, to the point where I truthfully worried about his work life balance. He doesn’t take helping you finance your perfect home lightly and I am certain he genuinely cares about each of his clients. We spent what felt like a long 1.5 years looking for our home but he never gave up on us or made us feel hopeless about affording in this market. He was there for us at every twist and turn, no matter how many obstacles were in our way. He took the time to consider every factor to maximize our borrowing power and genuinely celebrated with us when we finally closed. He ALWAYS went above and beyond for us, taking the time to make additional phone calls just so he had a clearer recommendation for us the next time we talked. Although I’m in no rush to enter the real estate market, I can’t imagine doing it with anyone else other than Chris. If you’re looking for a highly capable, competent and experienced broker who also has killer customer service skills, Chris is your one and only guy.
