During our condo purchase, Sunny's team was always standby and gave me responsive heads up. Right after signing the agreement, Sunny gave me detailed analysis on the status certificate and addressed my concerns patiently and professionally. Before closing, Sunny went through documents with us, not only explained what the office had done but most importantly share with us what we should know to protect our property. Sunny's service is always beyond the extra mile. It is such a great client experience and I have no doubt to share my story with family and friends.
