★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the worst experience I’ve ever had to go through . Their office had absolutely no idea what they were doing. My closing was postponed and they charged me even more money, when it was only postponed a few weeks. The amount of times I had to correct them on their simple calculations is ridiculous. After closing they actually owed my brother money and it took FIVE MONTHS for him to receive a cheque and the paper work. I will never use this law office again. Terrible experience and totally unprofessional

My real estate transaction was a difficult one and my real estate agent had no clue what to do, but Chen Law Office went the extra mile to protect me, and help me make the right decisions, making the closing as smooth as possible for me. I am very happy with their services.

This was especially important during COVID restrictions; when our in-person contact was limited. They were prompt in responding to my emails and calls; and made sure I had all my documents electronically.
