After general check up they told me that I have bad cavities and they did 3 fillings, but they did not take any x-rays.They told me that I have to do 6 fillings in total, but luckily they could not do it on that day. Afterwards, when I received bill and compared it to my friends, who went to another dentist, I noticed that my general check up fee is much higher than hers and it even did not include x-rays. I had a feeling that something was wrong, but decided to hope for best. 2 months later(i.e. yesterday) I woke up with a severe tooth pain, turned out I had infection, which was caused by the filling being placed so close to the nerve. The other dentist had to do the root canal, which is not only a painful and long process, but also it is a very expensive one. My new dentist was surprised when he heard that they did 3 fillings without x-rays. Never go to this place unless you want to loose your teeth.

Booked a checkup appointment by calling the office at the Markham highway 7 location but the manager did not mention that the appointment was at the North York location. When I arrived to find the office closed, I called the office. The receptionist apologized saying that they had made a mistake and they already informed everyone who booked appointments at the Markham location. Clearly I wasn't notified of the change. Moments later, a manager there (whom I spoke with to book the appointment) called me to stubbornly assert she DID tell me that the appointment was at the North York location. Flat out denied that she made a mistake. She then hung up on me mid- conversation, asserting that I should "check my attitude". I found that to be incredibly rude since she actually called me to tell me off and then hung up on me. I definitely did not raise my voice with any of the staff. In fact, I had booked an appointment for the following day. After that phone call, I cancelled and definitely will not be going back. Aside from this recent negative episode, I have only done dental checkups (3) at this location. Been a client for 2 years. The pricing is relatively expensive ($250) for basic check-up compared to other offices in the area and I don't think the quality of service justifies the cost.
W	Woods Ballman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Avoid them. Have been visiting them for a few times. Dr. Sun Jun's office over-charge patients without consent, they just give you a big bill and let you sign without explanation why they over-charge you so much just for a small treatment. It isn't like an honest and decent place. The doctor's treatment is always in a rush, and won't listen to you carefully. Some of my teeth even got worse after the treatments. The staff are just cold, you can't feel that you are welcomed.
R	Rohit Jain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sun is very nice guy. He did my Root canal in less than an hour and no retreats were required. He was very punctual and was able to treat me quickly. He empathized with my pain and my financial situation and was willing to make special arrangements for me. I am so thankful to Dr. Sun.
