★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst financial experience in my 30 years of owning and financing a house. After our first home inspection and appraisal met the terms and lending agreement originally ordered by DMS, another inspection was ordered by DMS, resulting in a shopping list of items to justify a hold back of funds that they had previously approved. Despite repeated emails and follow-up phone calls over several weeks/months, the secretary said she couldn't reach the mortgage broker to clarify any hold back despite the mortgage interest being charged. I did have another mortgage broker review all the emails exchanged when we refinanced and suggested we file a complaint to Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO), but had spent too much time on this already and clearly DMS will eventually be held accountable for the lack of services they represent.
The actual rating should be '0' but unfortunately this review dosen't allow you to post this rating - final thought 'buyer be very aware'!
