β β β β β I am an agent working here with this brokerage for last 15 years. Why? As a buyer and an agent after, this is the best brokerage company to work with in town.. The better office environment, efficient business process and very helpful managers and friendly staffs. Here we have over 700 agents and I don't think they are all stupid to work here for many years if this is not a good brokerage to work with. Everyone's experience, as a buyer, seller or agent with this brokerage could be different, but I would say that this is a very reasonable and caring company in town as far as I know.

β β β β β The realtor, HANNAH HASHEMI, booked a showing appointment for her client. She neither showed up nor cancelled the appointment. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME with such an unprofessional and unethical realtor.
She extremely needs to REGISTER for code of ethics training to learn how to act in a professional manner.

β β β β β Our first hand experience with this realtor was bar none above excellence! The sales agent was professional, courteous, and very resourceful. From one phone call, to several emails, to multiple showings, to the final closing of the sale, (buy & Sell) everything was meticulously executed without a hitch. Experience really does make a difference. Without the sales agent (Goldie), the process would've been very time consuming and less gratifying. Thank you again. Highly recommended. Bravo!! :)

β β β β β Assisted a friend with viewing a property in Barrie. Was scheduled to meet Homelife rep. Slava Ryzhikov at the property @ 645pm April 26/2021. Arrived 5 minutes early and waited until 6:55 when we called him to inquiry where he was. He answered and said he was at the property at 6:45 and no one was there so he left. He gave no care and blatantly lied. Very unprofessional rep for this company All the negative reviews make sense now. Beware

β β β β β Not matter how big your company is, your employees should be treated better. I saw a lady shouting on a girl today. The girl maybe wrong, but no one needs to be treated that way. Peace out people!!

β β β β β Overall, decent Real Estate Brokerage with good management but some of the sales people should not be in the industry. Recent dealing with Banoo Bozorgchami, who is the listing agent and owner of the property I was looking to lease. She was very unethical in her business practices. She will mislead you and try to capitalize on your misfortune. As a sales professional, I would never recommend that anybody deal with such a dishonest individual.
I would not recommend that anyone deal with her as a potential tenant or engage her as a realtor. She clearly does not know what she is doing and have full documentation to support my claims.
