★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first spa session. I was excited for a thrilling experience, only to be left in tatters. I understand the deal I bought was off of groupon. But for the amount of I paid, I still expected decent service. The deal advertised itself as an 90min+ session inclusive of 35min hot stone massage, and an hour of facial. I had personally timed the entire treatment and it lasted just shy of an hour. Firstly, why would you advertise something differently. The lady that treated me said about 5 words during the entire process. I had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She did not explain the procedure, ask for subtlety in pressure, nor inform me of any of the products that she put on my face. For all we know, I could have allergic to some of these products... I am appalled at the misleading advertising, the service I received, and the fact of almost being cancelled on for no good reason. I made the reservation in advance, and was informed of a confirmed time. When I arrived, the lady at the desk advised that I was late. I arrived at the exact time that I was being told. I cannot tolerate this type of service at a established spa centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le Medspa Centre was very clean and amazing. I bought the two person package for my mom’s birthday and they put the two of us in the same room. They had a locker room to put your things in and to change into a robe. The hot stone massage was very relaxing but could have gone deeper into our muscles. The facial was pretty basic with a cleanser, their new blackhead suctioning device (not sure if it did much) and an oatmeal smelling mask. As the mask was setting they did a hand treatment. Helen and Jennifer were great to talk to and did a great job! Definitely would come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved our time at Le Med Spa! I brought my bestfriend here for a couples massage and facial package for her birthday and it was very relaxing. The ambiance is nice and the place is very clean. Staff are so sweet and not pushy at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience bought their laser hair removal treatment on groupon and it did nothing for the hair every time I told them I don’t see a difference they just told me to book the sessions closer together, every 3 week. Which I did but still didn’t see a difference. Just a waste of money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best spa experience I’ve ever had. The spa was very clean. The change room and washroom were very clean as well. The facial was gentle, relaxing and didn’t irritate my sensitive skin. Helen did an amazing job massaging out tension with her hands and with the hot stones. Helen explained every step of the facial and was very lovely to talk to. I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INCREDIBLE service! Their spa is gorgeous, and the ladies (Angela and Helen) were incredible. So kind, very knowledgeable, and you can tell they enjoy their work and take pride in working here. They even have a tip/improvement box for any messages you'd like to leave!
They're so patient with us, and have incredible hands! My boyfriend and I are almost sad that we fell asleep during a part of the service haha it was almost too relaxing. They are very adaptable too, both being excellent at slower and more relaxing movements, as well as giving us any harder presses if we ask.
The place itself is incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. I kept all my belongings in my car since it was my first time there, but I won't bother next time. They have an excellent and very safe cubby system for clients.
I don't treat myself often, but 100% we will be back!
*tea was a bonus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for a Spa special that included a hot stone massage, facial, and a quick hand and neck treatment. I got a good deal on Groupon and booked an appointment. The place was very very clean, fresh and bright. But the brightest spot in this place is Helen, who is a kind and wonderful person who did a wonderful job with the services and gave me great advice on my skin. I loved the clean changing room, and enjoyed some tea while I changed. I felt very relaxed and cared for. I would definitely come back for more services!
