Replie: actually I've been a client of your masseuse for years who recently switched to your spa. Perhaps you'd reconsider your wording prior to assuming your judgements being inappropriate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here 5 or 6 times now over the past 6 months and the service is excellent. The selection of attendants is second to none and the service provided is top notch. I have always felt very relaxed and welcome when I arrive and very satisfied when I leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are pretty good, very courteous with fair prices. No English, which I honestly like more than “English” in these places. The massage needed lotion, especially in the winter weather. There is also only one shower that everyone has to share which means you have to wait until someone else finishes to use it. There was also a certain smell when I was there. I think they need to hire a full time cleaner, especially for the washroom area.
Other than that, I would highly recommend making the trip out to Markham! All of them have full makeup face and hair done, you will like what you see. They give you plenty of wipes so you don’t have to worry about catching something. I appreciated that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited several spas in Toronto in December. This one was by far the best. My only remark is that because my hotel was downtown, I could only visit here once.
Will come back the next time I visit Toronto!
