★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t waste your time trying to sell anything to them. Wait times are ridiculous (2-3 hours), only for them to look at your items and say they’re “not the stores style” or to make a grotesque undervalued offer. The store’s stock is ordinary and is mostly old stuff not worth their prices. Had to come back to the store to return a pair of jeans because when I tried them at home I noticed there was a huge blood stain… Can’t describe how dissatisfied I am at that location. Definitely never coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laughin at all the haters who cant sell their sewer diving clothes to them. Nothing on the clothing racks are dirty , or torn. Meaning everything in the store is worth buying , possibly pre-shrunk. I wish I had found this store sooner. Damn!

The staff are so sweet and efficient helping you with the changing rooms and at the cash

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Plato’s in terms of clothing selection however the worst in terms of staff. Came here twice over the last two weeks & one particular staff appeared visibly irritated. I heard her vocally give her co-workers trouble for going “too slow.” While I’m compassionate that it’s an unprecedented time and it’s overwhelming, it’s not really appropriate to speak under your breath, completely ignore the customer, and roll your eyes when you see another person come in with clothing. Other than that, the store is clean, every other employee seems to be in good spirits, and there is consistently staff by the change room to help with getting a room.

I just want to suggest maybe to have someone to assist the ladies in the cashier when accepting those heavy bags of clothes.I went there Jan 3rd around 6pm. The cashier had to carry multiple heavy bags. I just thought it was too heavy for her and could use some help ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place barely accepts anything. Waste of time trying to sell anything here. I was referred to sell some old clothes here from someone, and brought in multiple items, brand new with tags on them, from reputable brands. 99% of things were turned away. When I walked around the store, I understood why. They sell extremely weathered, almost ripped apart, trash.
Don’t bother coming here to sell anything unless it’s stomped on, stained, sweaty t-shirts from Urban Behaviour - they’ll probably accept that. Otherwise, you’ll waste 2 hours of your day.

Staff are nice and checkout usually pretty quick.
You can bring your used clothes and sell to them.
