R	Rebecca Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly - I love the staff and they take the time to get to know you! Thorough - I was surprised with the amount of x-rays they have taken. They also text, email, and call when appointments are approaching. Gentle - The hygienists take their time to clean. They are very conscientious when cleaning around the gums or tender areas. I hate getting cavities filled because of the freezing, but they have a great technique so when I got my shallow cavities done, I did not feel the needle going in. Formative - They are willing to answer my questions about procedures and what I can do about keeping my teeth and gums healthy. COVID-19 Safe - They have a lot of measures in place to keep their patients safe. They wear masks, scrubs, visors, place plastic around the door ways, and check your temperature.

It's a friendly environment not only for adults but especially for kids. The staff takes the time to ensure the child feels comfortable and gives them a positive experience during the dental process. It felt like home for my son since the start of his dental care. Every visit has been a pleasure for my family! I highly recommend Richmond Green Dental Care.

They booked for the following week but advised that if a cancellation does occur, they will call me immediately. Luck had it, they were able to accommodate me the following day. Let me tell you from the initial time I stepped into the office till the time I left, their main concern for my safety and the safety of all their patients. All items touched by me were always sanitized thereafter. From Pens, to Clipboard, honestly I was extremely impressed. Once I spoke to the Dentist and she listened to me attentively, she then started the examination and determined a couple of other items that needed some attention. The fact that she advised to correct all of them in a single visit really impressed me. She was all about how to make me feel comfortable throughout this visit. Extremely polite and asking always how I felt and if there was any discomfort at all. I have gone to other clinics, where it honestly felt like an assembly line. Here is completely the OPPOSITE. She insisted on spending as much time as needed to ensure everything has been taken care of first. Just the amount of Professionalism was something that people just don't do. Here they took to above a level. I will definitely not hesitate going to the dentist anytime soon. Thanks to the Staff !!!

The receptionist was very helpful to accommodate my request and was very quick to help me find an evening appointment. They are very efficient with the new patient process and emailed me the forms to fill out in advance. When I arrived for my appointment, I was asked to complete a Covid19 screening form and had my temperature taken. I didn't even have to wait and was seen right away by the hygienist, Joyce, who was very gentle and detailed with the cleaning and explained everything step by step. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning and was very professional and friendly. There are tv's in every room and I even got to watch a movie since they have DisneyPlus! The dentist, Dr. Fong did my check up at the end. She was very nice and informed and educated me regarding some areas of concern but was not pushy at all. I would highly recommend this dental office!

It leaves a very reassuring impression especially during these pandemic times. Receptionist was very polite and helpful. It was my regular cleaning time so I was seen by the hygienist first. She was very good, engaged in good conversation, was detailed in her work, and explained every step. Finally, I was seen by the dentist - it was a quick visit by her as I didn't have any major issue. Overall, I left very satisfied. Glad that we found this clinic. My entire family is going there next.
D	D Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this dental office. When I walked in. I was immediately greeted by the receptionist Rose and the manager Jason. Both were helpful. I’m a firm believer of first impressions. Shortly after, a hygienist (Lisa)came over and introduced herself. she walked me through and explained her role. (I was thoroughly impressed on how detail she was). I’ve had many cleanings in the past but she took an extra step just to make sure I was comfortable. After the cleaning, I was introduced to Dr Anna to quickly review over. she was happy with the cleaning. She was Uber polite and professional. My experience has been positive and efficient of my time. The moment I stepped in I can tell this office they follow all the Covid protocol. Each work station gets sanitized and you hear the frequent use of the alcohol sprays. I was in and out in a timely manner and that means a lot to me. Definitely thumbs up.

Dr. Fong and her staff are extremely professional, kind and always make me feel comfortable. They are patient and answer all my questions. I am always given options and am informed so I can make the best decisions for my dental health. The office is always immaculately clean and modern looking. Easy parking right outside too. They also let you watch TV so you don't get bored during the longer procedures! I recommend this office to all of my friends and family and now they go regularly, I trust that I'm getting the care I need there. If you are looking for quality and professional dental care - this is the place!
