I wanted to buy a large number of gift cards but I don't know how much was left in the store and wanted to call and ask, I was answered by a lady who spoke English with a little accent (note that my description did not want to express any discrimination, but just wanted the management to see my comments to be able to find the lady accurately) This lady has not been able to give me an accurate answer, has been saying let me go to see the poster myself, but the font on the poster is very small that I can't see clearly, and she is still repeating that she can't tell me on the phone. I don't think it's a matter of privacy or very private. She's been wasting my time.

On multiple occasions, myself or my family have gone to pick up prescriptions that we were told were ready and get there to find out they still had yet to do them. Once it was for a compound that I had to wait another day for. Also services offered on the website definitely don’t match what is offered in store. I avoid this pharmacy at all costs now.

I called twice to arrange my prescription to order but they hold my phone for long time and didn't reply. This is not the first time and never ever tolerate such a this humiliation action. I strongly do not recommend the Fairview mall's pharmacy to anybody.
N	N Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst pharmacy to date. I used this pharmacy due to convenience but I do really question whether it's worth it. Outside the actual head pharmacist, everyone should receive more training. Frequently i've gone to pick up medication and find out they mess up the pill count to my medication, either filling too many pills or not enough. For certain medications this is really inexcusable. The pharmacy should really review their practices. Other times when I've called in to get refills, they either lose my prescription (this was pre-pandemic) or they refused to fill it. When I questioned why they refused to fill it, I've had the pharmacy technicians tell me it's because I'm asking for the refills too early. This gets more ridiculous when they were able to confirm when my last refill is AND argued I should have had less medication than I had left when I called. The rest of the Shoppers is great. Lots of stock and merchandise to find what you're looking for. The postal service workers are efficient and friendly as well.

The service person a.k.a « pharmacist « was rude and told that it’s uncommon for people in this area to buy this product so we don’t have it here. What’s going on??? Where’s your inclusiveness??? So my husband doesn’t belong to this area??? Teach your staff how to communicate!!

The pharmacy/ owner is very nice however he needs to something about his incompetent staff especially the east Asian woman pharmacist, don't know her name. They never have things ready when they say they will be and you might not get the correct number of pills. It's a shame as it's very close to home. Luckily there is a plethora of others close by. If you're thinking of going here my advice is to run away quickly.

S	Shelby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is extremely cramped and has rude staff. I encountered a middle-aged woman in the cosmetics department speaking very rudely to an older couple. All they did was reach for the product behind the first one on the shelf and she went off at them. If they don’t want us touching products on the shelf then lock them up!! We can touch whatever we want. I definitely wouldn’t shop here again unless absolutely necessary. You can get better service and a better shopping environment anywhere else.
