β β β β β I found it interesting that a product designed for the use of assisting someone to reduce their dependance on nicotine is held behind the counter. Maybe a theft deterrent or maybe there is just not enough space for everything in the shelf? But i know it is not a prescription item, and maybe the pricepoint keeps it behind the counter.

β β β β β The pharmacist/staff here actually care about their patients. I went there after having wasted a couple of hours at a nearby shoppers drug mart and not having received the prescription for someone who was just discharged from the hospital. They didn't give me the prescription because it was half an hour before close time, but I did get it early next day. The pharmacist took her time explaining everything very clearly and included very clear instructions to ensure that the patient would understand how to take his medication. Very responsible and professional, specially given that last time we got meds from shoppers, the didn't even give/print the instructions for the same medication, which led to serious issues.
