★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked for my mother-in-law's covid vaccine and Michael gave her an appointment; we have arrived at the appointment time and Micahel was ready and took us in one of the private consultation rooms; he walked through her history of meds and then gave her the shot and we waited there 15 mins after to confirm there are no reactions.
We have seen from Michael a profissional service, caring, welcoming and friendly!
PharmaSmart is a clean and oragnized pharmacy that has dedicated space for private consultation.
Thank you Michael and staff, we will be seeing you for our prescriptions!

Reviewing my intake form took a day and then I was told that courier services to areas outside the GTA take 2-3 business days after payment is processed so if you need your medication in a timely manner like in most people's cases, this system is pretty awful.
Customer service is only available via e-mail and while they do reply within a couple hours, the process flow instructions (payment, delivery schedule, etc) are very spotty and unclear.
They have the option to FAX the prescription to your local pharmacy, which is what I had to end up doing but it was a nightmare to get my insurance sorted out because it was showing as "double filled". I just wish I didn't waste a day for them to tell me that it would take upwards of a week to get my medication if I had followed through with this service.

I am waiting for my medicine from last 2 weeks and I still don’t know how much more time it will take to arrive. I am out of my medicine from more than 1 week already. I had to take the medicine continuously and they ruined my treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use DermCafe that forced me (provided with not other options) to send my prescription to PharmaSmart. I chatted with latter on Thursday and was told that I will receive my medication on Friday evening. I didn't get anything on Friday and I have 2 pills left, so nothing to take on Monday. This company is comprimising my treatment of 6 months.
