★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience. Staff were just talking to each other instead of helping their waiting customers. Masks were worn under their noses if worn at all. Will be getting my prescriptions elsewhere in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people especially the lady dispensing the prescriptions are very rude. Some of the rudest I have seen in North York. Why would they get into a service oriented business if they don't actually like dealing with the public? Probably doing it for the money. I would recommend avoiding them. Shoppers Drug Mart is only steps away at Fairview Mall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam is great, thus the rating of 2. Otherwise, I would have rated it a 0 or the forced 1 star. Depending on who else you get, they can be very rude & unhelpful. They also have a tendency to get frustrated easily and do not seem to want to hear what the customer/patient wants/needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I drop off my prescription, the lady kept ignore me while she joking with her co-worker. She spelled my name wrong even after I corrected her. She said it may take half hour, but I waited for almost a hour. Don not waste your time here. Go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go there to pick up my three months tmonth prescription. There is a gentleman named Sam who is very helpful. He has integrity when it comes to my insurance coverage. He provides the best service at this location. However, recently I was given a hard time by one of the women pharmacists. She didn't want to give me my three month prescription. She kept questioning my dosage and the doctor's prescription. After telling her repeatedly , she gave me a one month dosage. I had to return and ask her to give it to me for three months. I'm not interested in making repeated visits to buy my medication.
On a positive note , I always find useful little lotions and other stuff at this location.

Takes the time to explain the doses. Melanie, who is the assistant also goes above and beyond. This is the best pharmacy I can think of in regards to customer service. They even provide you with free door delivery. Would certainly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree about what other reviewers who gave 1-2 stars said. They are not helpful and rude. Won't come back here. Will go to other pharmacy instead. It's my first time having a bad pharmacy experience.

1. The pharmacist gave me the wrong medication, it was a senior age pharmacist. They tried to blame it on the doctor but the medication was completely different than what the dr wrote.
2. The lady pharmacists are all princesses and divas. They are there to gossip not work.
3. Horrible customer service.
4. The delivery service is simply the worst. They never call you before delivery and they expect you to be home 24 / 7 then they call you and say we tried to deliver many times where were you.
5. I wish them the best cause they are walking on thin glass they are simply there for the money not the concept.
