β β β β β This store gets minus 100. Never come here for repair job. They installed a defective screen and admitted it. And yet they won't fix the problem. Wasted $100 plus in this store.
The guy at the store wanted us to call the manager. Yet when we called the manager she won't even talk to us. What a waste.

β β β β β very bad experience at this place. The sale person is a guy who wants to trick and cheat customers claiming non-sense quality for any product. I bought a screen protector for my phone. It was not attached 100% during the first install. I pointed this out to the salesperson and he told me if It comes off, he will fix it . it came off completely after two days. I took it to him the same day. He denied replacing the product or somehow repairing it. The screen protector he sold me was available in Amazon for $10 cheaper, but as my phone was a galaxy edge, i wanted a professional to attatch it to the phone . that is why i spend $25 on the protector to this guy. It was a waste of money .
Never buy anything from this store. Will not recommend to anyone. They are not trustworthy.

β β β β β Ribwar, who is also one of the technicians, was extremely helpful and professional. All the staff were. It was the cheapest price for a replacement screen that I found by about 50$. The first screen they put on was a little defective but I brought it back and they replaced it immediately at no additional cost.
I would definitely recommend.

β β β β β I had a Terrible experience I had a chrome book that only needed OS recovery a month later was still not done so many excuses I just went to pick it upβ itβs better to say you donβt know how to fix something other than holding on something and waste peoples time, I would have given em 0 star if it was possible so for me never again!!!!!!

β β β β β Bought an iPhone 11 pro max case that the guy working there gave me the wrong one. Came back after couple days to return he said I can only exchange. Well okay that we can do. But the problem with this guy who calls himself the manager does not know anything about customer service and when I approached him and told him he should give the customer in the store his attention instead of fixing a phone that he has with him for maybe couple of hours or even days, he gets mad and tells me to leave the shop lol. I asked for the owner and he says it's only him and the owner is close families with him so he can take advantage and treat the customers however he wants?. Well the owner has lost many customers from this store that I personally know. Whatever, "manager" you should know that here the customer is always right.
