★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service in Gta. Ive visited this store 3 times and never had good vibes with the staff. Apparently one of my friends bought a $120 jacket that he liked to return but the return was not accepted. Terrible stores and people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently found Mountain Warehouse and I really like their products. They specialize in outdoor gear but also has attire for everyday use for men, women and kids. I recently purchased lot of items from them for a very good price, and upon receiving the products, I am very happy with their quality (specifically kids shoes and boots). I would definitely recommend checking out Mountain Warehouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clothes are ok, and sometimes you can find nice prices. Nonfashionable clothes but with good quality. Perfect clothes for winter. I once had a bad experience with a employee back in 2020, but last time I visited, the staff was very kind.

The manager was so flexible carrying and opening the packages for me due to an injury and allowing me to use a changeroom even through all the items could have been tried on without going into a changeroom. The manager and staff were so accommodating and helpful in returning items and finding other sizes in other items. I would definitely shop there again! What an enjoyable, relaxed, and positive experience!
