But when I went to the fairview mall outlet, Victoria there helped me alot to select the perfect jacket and was there all the time to answer my querries. Thumbs up for Victoria !! .. from a Satisfied customer.

Whenever you buy at discounted prices or promotional offers believe me you are getting unimaginable deals...premium products at low prices...Don't even look at other places. Remember EB items are an investment which will yield divided year after year for years.

They solved all of my issues and guided me to pick the best items for me. I’m new to Canada and cold weather so I had tons of questions but they answered everything with patience and full details. Anita and Ali in specific were so friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store a couple weeks ago and it was probably one of the best experiences I have had in a retail store. I was so worried about going in with a winter jacket that had started tearing at the seam. I just thought they would tell me it was wear and tear and send me on my way. I went to the nice gentleman at the cash register and when I showed him the tear he did even hesitate, he immediately started finding me another coat. The whole process took about 5 minutes and I am so happy with the replacement coat, the colour is actually better than the original. This store and its staff are incredible! FIVE STARS!
