★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of suits and had to return the pants, I was faced with a rude and unprofessional employee. First of all, she took all my personal info to create an account whereas I am already registered. Secondly, the employee is shouting at my 5 yrs old not touch the clothing, and thirdly took 20 min to return an item that I had bought 2 days ago and in a interrogating style asking me all sorts of questions. I will not return to this store and suggest anybody not to shop here as long as the management sort out their problems with unhappy employees. As a regular customer I’m seriously thinking not to shop at rw&co and shop for office clothing somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier staff is extremely slow and most of the other staff them are just standing around doing nothing instead of coming in cashier area to attend to customers and reducing the lineup wait time. The black lady with ombre hair was extremely unprofessional in her communication and made me very uncomfortable being in the store due to her weird stares and behaviour.

Needed a business suit, searched online and found that RW&CO had one I like. Came to this store at Apr 16, 22 at around 11:00am, and found the suit. It was hung high, so I needed help. I stayed there waiting for a while, no sales people came for help. Then I asked "are there anyone to help me?" then this female sales reached me right away and shouted at me: "Are you okay???!!!"
Went to Bay store and found a suit. Though this RW & CO store has good clothes, but sales people I saw today did not have any customer service, plus this sale represent is so rude, so I think it is better to avoid this business, otherwise, you will be shouted when the sales tried to ignore you and you ask for help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who cover her head with scarf was extremely rude.She don't know her job at all. First when I was selecting my clothes ,she was coming so close to me, as such she is not aware about covid protocol to keep distance. When I came to return clothes to sizing issues some of them were curb side pick up. She was shouting on me why I am returning.
I never experience such a rude staff in entire toronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent quality stuff and decent pricing for what you get. Id probably give it a 4 star if not for how cheap company policy seems to be.
I bought a polo and got a small discount off on the purchase because I signed my email up. The next day, I decided to exchange it for another one at the store. Cashier told me that I'd lose the discount. It's only a couple of bucks, so I didnt bother arguing but its a bit sad that they wouldnt just honour the discount with the exchange. After all, they were the exact same price and the original shirt was untouched. I get that it's a business and these couple of bucks may add up with volume, but definitely leaves a less pleasant impression. At the end of the day, its just change, but customer service definitely puts the store more in mediocre territory in my book.
