Clothing sizes are very inconsistent. If you order clothing online, be prepared to return at least half of it. Mark's has consistent sizing and even Giant Tiger does a much better job than Old Navy.

Love it. It's good for adults, the children area it'sn really good, but for big guys is good, the clearance area always have something. I never leave with empty hands.

Ok let me say that the staff was wonderful in here - I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name that helped me. There were pants I tried on and I wanted them in a few more colors but it was sold out in store! Though I was disappointed, the gentleman working there advised me that I should check out online and even gave me the product number on the spot, and it was available!!! I placed my order of the 6 items I wanted and they arrived 3 days later!!! Amazing

They had lost my order online, I had amazing service from all the stores I had contacted for help including customer service through the phone. this store that had my order denied having it until I had customer service call. When picking the order up I received very rude service from the counter employee who wouldn’t give me my order and continued to roll eyes, shake her head and mumble things under her mask. Terrible service in person.

---- Update ---- Called customer service to complain, they told me this Old Navy store DOES NOT have a 1 per fitting room policy. ---- Original Post ---- My wife and I have had the worst customer service experience ever in the last 10 years anywhere in North America. The store associates we had to deal with were rude, unprofessional, accusative, and threatening. We may well have made an honest mistake going into the fitting room together. The associate did not stop us when we entered, and did not ask me to leave professionally later. Instead, someone just suddenly and forcefully knocked on the door and threathened to call the security if we (both my wife and I) don't leave in 5 minutes. By that time we've been in the fitting room for a while because my wife had a few garments to try on. By the way, the fitting room is not women's only, because there is no sign stating it. There is also no sign stating only 1 person allowed. We actually heard two customers talking before they left. Later, the associates accused us of lacking common sense, that the rule is in-place in all clothing stores in all of North America (US included) even when I told them I've seen multiple stores allowing couples into fitting room in the US. So they accused me of lying. How could a policy enacted by a retail company be common sense when different locations enforce it differently? Further more, a quick search on the Internet did not return any statement on their fitting room policy. If the policies aren't accessible to customers and they don't tell me upfront (they can put a sign somewhere, they didn't), how would I know what their stupid rule is? Is this rule foundational to our civil society? There are even co-op bathrooms in UToronto these days, what can you state about common sense? To me, they can claim to have any policy when the occasion suits and we, the consumers, will always be at a disadvantage, because everything is opaque. They even lied about informing us the rule before-hand, all they did was checking on if we are ok in there, before suddenly resorting to intimidation. And they even had the audacity to treat me like a criminal? I did not feel any dignity in this store, and I will never buy anything from Old Navy ever again.

In the pickup email and also when at store I saw multiple signs there mentioning a different line for pickups. However when I found the pickup place, I stood there for 7-10 minutes but no one came. Many customers who went to the checkout counter after I came had already left the store. At last I stood in the usual checkout queue and got the pickup items. I will strongly request that of pickup counter is not maintained then to remove the signs so that customers will not waste their time there.

The manager Shanelle was very friendly. Eric was very helpful in checking stock in the back for the sizes we needed. Shawn was friendly and Bianca was very sweet and friendly as well. Unlike the usual employees I have dealt with here. Hopefully it will be them whenever I go in to shop.
