★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an unfortunate situation with a dress we ordered that came in flaed and the situation was heartbreaking for my Granddaughter. The staff stepped up in the busirst of days and went above and beyond to turn her tears to smiles. The care and compassion from these ladies was top notch. I would highly reccommend thisl dress salon/shop and team of beautiful emplyees to help make dreams come true.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No. SOOOO busy- people are watching you check yourself out in your dress n stuff and it was really crowded. I didn't wanna try my dresses on infront of everyone so I got put it the back of the store in the SMALLEST changing room where this woman was complaining and making dresses with her sewing machine. The dresses were nice tho- the store itself was uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never experienced such ignorance and bad customer service in the retail industry!!! A friend of mine and I were inquiring of a friends order that she had placed a month ago and the staff were not helpful at all. The associate and store manager were avoiding our questions and in return we received such poor attitude. In other words, they treated us as if we were a bother. Will NOT be shopping here or recommending this store to anybody who is inquiring for their special occasion dress piece.

She heard my taste choices, sincerely directed me to the suitable variety, offered her sincere opinion when asked (no fake trying to please the customer just for sale, greatly appreciated!), and was just an easy person to work with who gave me the comfort in finding what I needed! And I did! The first dress I tried on! Did try several others as well!! A pleased customer! Thank you, Shohreh. You are the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this place. I shopped at the Oshawa location and Diana was the best. Diana had me try on a few different dresses and even made me try on one I didn’t like on the hanger. That dress ended up being my wedding dress. Diana definitely knows her stuff. My friends all loved her too. Diana made this experience for me so much better because I had gone through a couple devastating losses and she was just there for me all the way to the fittings. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Norma Reed Oshawa Centre location on Easter Monday with my daughter for her prom dress. The store was incredibly well managed and not crowded at all so we were able to browse through the dresses with ease. All the staff were attentive and helpful directing us to the different dress styles and answering our questions. My daughter and I picked a few different styles, they were all beautiful dresses but still not the one. Sales representative Zo was incredibly knowledgeable and patient and helped my daughter with the dresses. Zo completely understood what my daughter was looking for and picked out a dress for her to try on, the moment she tried it on, we knew that was going to be her prom dress.
We were so impressed as we didn’t know what we were looking for and managed to pick up the most perfect dress on our first visit.
Our visit was a thoroughly memorable and enjoyable experience.

I was looking for one specific dress in a specific size, Diana went above and beyond to help us out before we ventured on our long drive to pick it up! I cannot say enough about this outstanding woman, she was helpful in every way! I have been to many dress shops for this prom and I have to tell you Norma Reed in Oshawa is the best place for Service. Thank you so much Diana and team.
