★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store manager refused to let me return an item because there was a stain on it. Luckily I had pictures from the store PROVING the stain was there before I bought it. She still refused. I went back to the Eaton Center location where I originally bought the jacket and they accepted the proof, apologized and even offered to dry clean it. Nothing I could do but file a complaint about Fairview and discourage others from shopping here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is nice and organized and kept very clean. They have a large selection of sizes as well, however, I honestly don't feel like the quality meets the price you pay - there are cheaper options in the mall with the same quality than you'd find here. Additionally, maybe it's just me being too picky, but when I went in the staff were trying to be overly helpful to a point where it was annoying. The store wasn't very busy, so I guess they had a lot of time to help, but if I feel like I'm obligated to buy something based on the amount of help/attention I am receiving, there's something wrong. I felt as though I was being followed and constantly being checked up on beyond what's reasonable for a pleasant shopping experience.

Every time I visit, there are always great sales and I know that I can count on great customer service there. They are very understanding if there’s a problem to fix and they try their best to make your visit a meaningful one. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an extremely bad experience at the Fairview location today.
I bought a sweater in Yorkdale and found out there was a hole so I went to the Fairview Mall location to return it. The worker, named Mariana, I think she is Mexican, claimed to be the Store manager, tried to refuse my return because the item was bought in a different location. She said that I would have to go back to the original place of purchase, which does not make any sense. I told her that her customer service was terrible and that the customer service at Yorkdale was much better, and she responded: "MAYBE". She even agreed with me that her customer service was poor. I have never seem such an unprofessional "STORE MANAGER", I guess Cub Monaco at Fairview Mall have lowered their standards when hiring. Terrible customer service, avoid this lady and hopefully they hire someone that can at least speak properly. She shouldnt work at Club Monaco, she should be working in a fastfood restaurant, it suits her better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop at Club Monaco Fairview location often. This brand is one of my favourites! The staff is always so helpful and the customer service is spectacular. I visited the store on Saturday (Jan. 15). Michael helped me and he was so great . He definitely is customer focused and I do hope his managers recognize his great work ! He took the extra time for me . This store will definitely be on my top list! Thank you!
