β β β β β I absolutely love this store. By far one of my favourite stores to shop at! This location in particular has very friendly staff, good customer service and there are always many options to choose from! I wish there are more locations around the GTA!

β β β β β The store Manager at this location is the most miserable, unprofessional person I have ever encountered in sales.
As soon as she realized that I wanted to return an item, her facial expression changed immediately and she even tried to serve other customers before me (even though I was right there in front of her).
I asked her if it was OK that I am returning an item that I initially purchased from Fairview Mall and her answer was "well, not really" - she proceeded to tell me how the Yorkdale location gets the sale, and her store now gets the refund. I'm sorry, why exactly are you telling me this? Don't think you should be getting into store politics and quota's with your customers. During the entire transaction, she was rude and didn't say one word to me. Terrible.
I reached out to customer service to let them know about her behaviour and was advised by the District Manager that I would get a phone call from the Store Manager directly with an explanation and apology for her actions. I never got that phone call and to be honest, I'm glad I didn't.
I will not be shopping at this location ever again and I will be sure to let my friends and family know about this experience so they don't end up going through the same thing.

I came in your store,try to find a winter coat.
The lovely lady Trisena very quickly understood what I was looking for. She gave me to try on a few coats, and we chose a best option for me. Her advice were helpful. She knows what she is doing!

β β β β β Everything in this store is ridiculously over priced.
There is nothing trendy or special about these clothes.
The clothes are cheap/some made with defective material AND still carry a hefty price tag.
Sales people found here are a real treat as well.
Maybe after this review, they will rethink on how to approach their refund policy with some class & grace?
It must be tough selling cheaply made clothes to the rich whiling looking them straight in the "google review eye". (surprise!)
I take my platform very seriously & enjoy delivering my opinion to those who want to know about fashion & great places to shop.
