★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great burger i got (the Heavy Hitter.) Great vegetables, condiments, flavour, everything. Only problem is the price is almost $15 dollars (pretty expensive.) I can get a combo for less at other places. Besides that, Yum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst burger I have ever had. The burger was practically swimming in sauce, the "relish" was falling out and made the burger wet, and the meat was not fresh and tasted strange. The fries were good, as well as the service. Team tried their best but the burger was not good at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got three burgers. Two custom and one menu burger. I don't recommend ordering a burger from here. The cashier was kind. The chef must hate meat because the bacon came out burnt to a crisp and the burgers were burnt and dried out. Red onions were black as night as well. My burger was missing the cheese and tomato. I would've given 1 star but the customer service was good.
Overall, burnt and low flavor burger that was missing ingredients. Order a burger somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered tempura zucchini and jalapeno chicken burger.Both Zucchini and chicken were not fried properly. We could eat half done zucchini but impossible to eat uncooked chicken. It was a disappointing lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had no idea this is a “premium” burger joint (as per the old comments here). There are better burger places.
My burger- “Italian grill deluxe burger” was absolutely terrible, no flavour and it tasted as if I tasted “nail paint remover “ the taste was the same. There was something in the sauce or mushroom that tasted terrible.
The chicken strips were bland, the quantity was good but the taste was bland.
The only good thing was the food was hot and fresh.
The person who took the order was kinda curt and abrupt too.
