Pieces are so small it’s like they cut them in half.
Looked and tasted old. We are never eating KFC again, this is not the first time we experiencing this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Counter lady BHARTI is rude, she doesn’t know how to talk, stop yelling at us when we ask you to say again. KFC should train people before putting them behind the counter. Then food was bad no seasoning in fries. Total waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this Mall-based KFC on a Saturday when the foodcourt was full.
The food took about 13 minutes to make. The chicken was great, seemed crispy and fresh. The sides (coleslaw and Mac and cheese) were mediocre though.
The fries were decent.
I am not normally a KFC person, but on this occasion it was above average compared to the KFCs i normally visit in Brampton.
I can not recall who was working there and made the chicken but i wish that i asked for their name to thank them in this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So apparently we can not wait for our food anywhere near the store. And when I asked why she couldn't even give me a valid reason. Where am I supposed to wait then? So basically their way of business is to pay money and just go away then come back to get ur food. Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst KFC ever. Do not go here if you use a stroller or wherl chair, it is super tiny and awkward to even just get in and order. Also the lady working the afternoon shift was really rude to every single customer..the cook was more pleasant. Also if im paying $15 for a meal and I want water instead of sugary pop or juice i should be able to have water instead of being charged extra. What if I have diabetes ??? How is that fair ? Why couldnt i get water with my combo instead of juice or pop ? Why is something free that i paid for cost extra ???? A meal includes a drink water is a drink !!
Never ever going to KFC again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Size of the chicken is so small. It looks like the Fairview location cut the original piece in half. We ordered 4 pieces meal and the portion is like 2.5 pieces meal. I went to show the staff where the split of the chicken as they are still attached. They gave me extra piece to make it up. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
