 The service provided by the staff is too wasteful. I wasted a lot of money here to buy the worst quality clothes. Never buy things for children in this place. Never go to this place. If possible, I would give negative 100 stars.

No matter how much the store rules you have, you should not ignore the basic service and push yourself. In addition, I was greatly disappointed with the attitude of responding to customers as if they were asked to contact customer service. An ignorant service mind that only thinks about getting money and doesn't know how to see the forest by looking at the trees. That way, your customers will leave!

โ โ โ โ โ Our experience at Baby Bryan has been nothing short of fantastic. We met Vivian a few months ago when were doing our research to purchase a stroller, we returned to the store on 11/19 and she remembered us and was as extremely helpful with all our questions and very attentive to our needs. We were told that the stroller we wanted will be shipped to our home in 2 weeks but to our surprise the stroller arrived the same day at 8:45pm. We were so happy with everything with them from customer experience to delivery! We highly recommend Baby Bryan at Fairview Mall! Thanks again Vivian!

โ โ โ โ โ Liked the store but was disappointed that they did not clearly mention the return policy. Felt tricked and deceived that I could not get my return after 9 days. Was given credit instead which is kinda eh when I planned to gift something else to my god daughter from another store.
