★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sahar is the supervisor of this location. She was awesome, caring and thoughtful.
She helped us with the "Baby Registry" which resulted in multiple coupons and discounts. We shopped for over 10 big items. It was the best and biggest care and service we could possibly ask for. Alex was our cashier who was also keen, extremely polite and courteous. I am especially happy with my experience. Keep up the good care and services. You guys deserve a five star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy parking in the large plaza. The store is clean and has a variety of items you can try out. It's not always fully stocked but it's pretty good. There's several ladies working there and offering to help but don't necessarily know all the details about the products. They try to be helpful though. Customer Service is not very helpful in store or on the phone (general Babies R Us line always has the busy tone..) if you have issues with your R club.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a baby swing online from this location. Was sent a used/broken swing. Open box/ returned items should be discounted or at least told to a customer whos paying full price for a expected new item. I asked for a refund and they told me to just drop it off at a Canada post. a month after, I still did not receive a refund. I contacted them and they told me to contact Canada post (shoppers), which was unable to find the transaction because they had lot that day. no help since. Order#04099366

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in browsing for newborn products, we are expecting a baby in the fall and its our first time needless to say we knew nothing going in. We were greeted by Manisha who was heaven sent. She showed us the strollers and car seats, many of them, spoke and demonstrated in details the difference between them. Then she showed us the bed and what to have in the nursery room. She was very friendly and thorough with all essential purchases and extras. At the end she signed us up for the Registry and we went around choosing items we liked - that was very exciting. Thank you so much Manisha for helping us this past friday we really appreciate all your efforts.
