★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nine months pregnant and needed to use the washroom while waiting for a prescription to be filled, but not allowed. Told to leave and find a bathroom elsewhere. Definitely a horrible experience and couldn’t believe how rude the staff were about my situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to pick up a few things. I happen to have a coupon for an item I was purchasing and the girl at the checkout insisted that she couldn't take it and was extremely rude . Kept telling me to be quiet well she vented why she couldn't take said coupon. Funny thing I had checked with manger before making the purchase and she oked it and the girl at the checkout knew this. Worst customer service ever. I think the store should really retrain their staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here a couple of times, and have received nothing but ignorance and utter disrespect from the middle aged woman who work here. My sister had been accused and asked if she stole something because we beeped leaving from self checkout and asked for help. I went to someone at the front to ask a question and she was nothing but rude. My sister and i are people of color and ADULTS and it is always the caucasian woman who are anything but nice. Sad to see this in 2021...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped off to drop off parcels at the post office. The two ladies working were very friendly and happy to deal with despite how busy and lined up it was.
Good variety within the store itself. Definitely shop the sales here.
Avery helped us check out and was very lovely to deal with. Helped us with our lotto and answered all of our questions easily.
Never had a bad experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give zero stars to this place, I would. Pharmacy and all of the pharmacist who works here is a joke especially the older white gentleman is very rude and unprofessional. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. They work as you would expect, hourly workers. I said I would pick up my prescription after speaking to a couple of Ladies on the phone they agreed to what we talked about, moments later after a few hours I drove to the store for pick up and they don't even bother calling me that they can't provide my prescription so they waste your time going to the store. They don't care about you, all they care about is they get paid hourly. Big mistake bringing my business here. I would rather go to smaller pharmacist like Ali's drug at Westwind spruce grove or Apolo drugs in stony plain. They treat you there like a real person and not just a number.
