Man, how is canada post still in business. Service is terrible almost any location. This location has some bitter staff with very little interest doing there job

Hate that there's now MoneyGram at Canada Post. Have to wait for someone to complete a complex transaction just to pick up a parcel. They need to rethink this model.

Grouchy old lady that works here is completely unprofessional. She also never scanned 2 of my packages and were stuck in limbo. Need better staff!

This is my favorite location in my area. They know their stuff, they're efficient and careful. I go out of my way to use this post office whenever possible. It's busy, but all post offices seem to be.

This post office needs at least 2 workers. The single worker is constantly overwhelmed with packages and there is always a lineup of people. If a single person is being required to process mountains of packages they need to be paid double.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this location! The ladies here are always helpful and friendly and my only complaint is I usually end up chatting with them after I’m done (if there’s not a line). It is a modest setup, so if you are going during peak hours, expect a lineup. However, the ladies have always handled the rush well and got us all through as fast as they can.

Canada Post needs to put more effort into training their staff effectively so they are not overwhelmed and still learning during rush hour times. Also, I recommend having 2 staff members at this location during busy after work hours.I just come to pick up packages, but on 3 occasions Lynne has taken over 15 minutes to send a package for a customer. And today the wait for two customers sending packages in front of me was 45 minutes. Not only that, she gave the wrong quote for sending a package at first it was 17 then when she was paying it was 44 without telling her the questions she asked such as tracking will increase the charges significantly. I understand there is a learning curve but an employee who has been there for several weeks should get more support. Please take this recommendation to not be frustrated with your employees, but effectively give your employees more training time and clear directions so this doens't happen on a regular basis.

Extremely slow. The woman working here has no sense of urgency and does everything as slow as possible. Standing in line for over half an hour for her to deal with four customers ahead of me
