T	Tina Hashemi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to return an item to Amazon for the first time and I printed the label and I did not know that I had to cut the bottom part of that and put it on the box...The lady who was working there told me read the bottom carefully...I did not get what she exactly mean ..... She said you have to cut it and put it inside the box....if you don't have a tape at home buy one. I will not do it next time for you....So rude.

I was sending an Xpresspost letter at another Canada post(in a Canadian Tire), but the employee there would not let me use her pen after I purchased the envelope. This does not make any sense! I believe most people would expect that every Canada post would have a pen available. It won’t take long for me to borrow her pen to fill the address. It’s in the morning and she’s not busy. I had no choice so I traveled a long way to this Canada Post. Thank goodness a nice lady borrowed me a pen and I don’t have to mail the letter after work. Instead of giving 1 star to the first Canada post I believe positive feed back is more Valid.

J	Jess Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The asian lady is super knowledgeable and friendly at this location. She was able to clarify any questions I had and was very efficient at getting my packages sent. The lines can be long though, but worth the wait. I recommend they have 2 people behind the counter.
K	Kanika Watson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience with the lady at the counter today. Not only she was rude, but she was frustrated from serving customers. Google showed that it was open until 9pm and she put the closed sign at 20:17 inspite of customers being standing in the queue in front of her. When I got to the counter, she rudely asked me to get aside because I was not ready and mind you, she did not even tell me what to do. When she started talking to me, she removed her mask and started yelling at the top of her voice. I would be taking this issue to the higher management for sure.
C	Chris Iapetus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is excellent. I've used it for Flex Delivery many times without an issue. They are courteous & willing to help. They often have busy streaks that can last 20 or 30 minutes, but that's not their fault.
