However, he took time explaining to me what the problem could be, and maybe I could fix it myself. He did not charge me a single penny for the time he spent. He generously shared his knowledge with me. What a nice and honest guy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My loptop wasn't starting and didn't gave any charging sign no matter what how long I charge it.Then I took the laptop to this store and the person told me that it was the motherboard issue and took 3 days to replace the same and charged $200. Just within a month I faced the same issue, since I had a 3 months warranty, I reached out to him and he told me that it was the battery issue and fixed it in halfday. Please make sure to visit other repair shops before coming here. He is very smart in convincing and making people pay for repairs that didn't happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Laptop Specialist run by Jeff is phenomenal! He is very knowledgeable and was very willing and open to answer all of our questions! He was very transparent and always updated us about the status of our repair. My son spilt water all over his laptop and there were some major damages which Jeff diligently repaired and now the laptop is working like it is brand new! Jeff was very quick as well and he understood our urgency as my son is in school right now! We are so grateful and pleased with Jeff and all of his help! I definitely recommend anyone who is having difficulty with their devices or are need of any repairs to go to him! Thank you so much Jeff!
