★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Customer service at all. Just showing off but there is nothing in depth. Had a bad experience there. Left a review in Apple website too. One of Manager (Amanda) left me a voice mail to ask about my experience and was asking to call back without any specific time frame. She also said that she gonna call me back later same day which she didn’t. Anyway, I called and waited 17 minutes on the line and then they found that she is not there!! Worst experience with Apple after many years.
They are not professional at all.
Apple is just a brand with nothing inside for me since now. They just showing that they’re different but in real they’re not good as many other stores in terms of many things.
I got a gift for Christmas and they had no any specific bag for it neither a gift pack nor something for Christmas. That’s not something new but it’s not something very special to have a white bag all the time. Also i booked my pickup time including the exact time frame and again they asked to stay in line!!! THE MINIMAL AND FANCY DECORATION IS NOT SOMETHING THAT ATTRACTS ME. I PREFER CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been in for two different phone repairs now, and both times, someone was available within 5 mins of my appointment time. Thorough discussion about what happened. 1-3 hours to complete repairs, and great at walking me through the details.
Fantastic customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to see some watches and compare them, we waited around 15min for the next sales person and had about 4 people infront of us. The customer sales person was knowledgeable and caring. She explained everything in detail and beyond. She helped us to order the watch online with a qr code because they didn't have the one we liked. Transaction was easy. Great job at Apple for hiring good customer service and for not rushing us into just buying items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad experience, worst apple service ever experienced. Went in for trade ins and they said waiting time is half an hour. However, keep seeing people behind me getting service, tried to connect with their manager, he is impatient and cannot explains why the line up messed up. Worst apple experience ever and will never come to this store again.

What an awesome person extremely knowledgeable and she has a great personality! She’s patient and takes time to explain services!
