★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a package to send to the US. When I put it at the reception, Mary - the agent at this branch who is very rude and impolite - said I must buy glue and pack the parcel to give it to them. I said I had lots of packages sent by Canada post, and never did an agent return a parcel to me to pack it on my own. They refused to do it for me.
Don't go to this Canada Post branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally very friendly staffs but some of them seem under-trained or incompetent. Took too long to resolve some minor issues and not fully understand their products. Also they are terrible at processing newer services such as flex delivery system. My packages were returned twice in two months because they never sent me the email to pick them up. The staff I dealt with was clueless about flex delivery too even though this service has been around for more than a year now. Had another 4 flex deliveries without the email notices too. Thanks god at least one person there was competent enough and I did receive an automatic phone call to pick-up my stuffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lady helped us. We asked several times to where should we put the mail and she refused to answer and kept pointing at a place with a lot of attitude. No doubt there are hard working people in Canada Post but having a unionized Canada Post will result in this kind of customer service because no one feels any kind of urgency to give good service because they are unionized and they will keep their job even if they do not do anything and no one cares in Canada post the quality of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post office is supposed to open at 9:30am but no one arrived until after 10am. I actually wouldn't know when they arrived because I had to leave. I asked the Shoppers staff if someone was coming in and they simply said the person is running late. I'm guessing this happens pretty frequently based on the person's response. It's ridiculous this post office staff member is getting paid when they are not even showing up to work. Don't rely on posted hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very unhelpful and insensitive staff. While accepting the package they’ll give you fake promises of delivery date and after that they would take U turn. While accepting my shipment to India, they guaranteed me 3 business days and now it’s been 3 days without any tracking update. When I visited them, they said we don’t know anything and delays are normal. Wow! Pathetic post office! Beware! Manager and all staff have bad attitude.

An Asian lady (black hair with yellow highlights) scan my QR code (already came here from another location where they were not even able to scan a QR code..) print out a label, and ask me to purchase a type here to stick the label on the box…”We already help you to print out the label and you have to buy a type to stick it yourself”…
Come on Canada Post, seriously?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This post office closing at 8:00 pm (visited today on Monday 8:00pm) but in their website and google page aren’t updated yet. Wasted time because of that, even written on the notice stickers closing time at 9 pm.
