★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reza offered to help me tape up a package and then turned around and charged me $9 for 'labour' without telling me beforehand. Absolutely ridiculous and a rip off! Customer service is definitely not what it should be here and I will certainly avoid sending my clients here for printing in the future also.

He carried my large box inside for me, and was very gracious, hospitable, and prompt to check me out while I rested inside.
