M	Maria S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible receptionists, how do they still work here? It is so frustrating when the lady speaks over you and doesn’t give you a chance to speak. I have never seen unprofessionalism on this level.

While hours are listed till 5 PM. Despite two attempts to book some time since 1:30 PM I was treated in a manner "why did u even call here"... would not recommended to anyone.

When calling in for an appointment even though my family doctor is away, they don’t accommodate to see another doctor in the clinic in the meantime. Then ask what it is for? “It’s for my health - that’s between me and my doctor“ It’s protected under the PIPEDA act! Then the receptionist Jane talks over me when I’m trying to speak and doesn’t give me a chance to say what I have to say. The entire front desk needs training and a refresher on phone manners.
j	j L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son went to the clinic but had an expired ohip card due to Covid (the Ontario ministry of health said that all expired health cards can still be used till sept 30, 2022) but he was refused service by the secretaries and they asked him to put down 100$ deposit instead. I said they had no right to ask for that as NOT accepting the expired card as still being valid is WRONG (and in blatant disregard of the law of the government). They refused to allow him to see the doctor and they hung up on my call 3x When I tried to tell them that they couldn’t do that. So my son came home without his problem being seen due to some self important people and their own law-making ways. Very disgusted ?
K	Keneisha McLean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor at the clinic is great but the receptionists (both) are a combination of rude and doesn’t greet or acknowledge you when you arrive. I approached the desk one of the receptionists saw/looked at me and as I stood there they continued to have their conversation for at least 2-3 minutes until I said something. Then one replied with an attitude saying they were discussing a patient. That’s fine but you still need to acknowledge someone when they approach the front desk. They certainly need to be retrained again. The owner of the clinic needs to look at these reviews because this is not good for business!
j	j dg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review echoes pretty much what everyone said about the rude receptionist that interrupts you when you try to explain fundamental things you are looking for. Truth be told, I'll be looking for another clinic as over here it did used to be decent but it feels rather condescending listening to the e doctors when you ask a simple question. I'd recommend to go elsewhere as there are around 4-5 walk-in clinics within a five minute drive from Bayview and Sheppard.
