N	Nargess H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience ever with a doctor here in this clinic. Dr Yazdani is rude and not patient at all. When I requested an explanation for my child’s problem she refused to explain since I am not a doctor and do not understand the medical terms.
S	Soheil Fayaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENTION ALL PARENTS WITH SMALL CHILDREN, DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!! Dr.Yazdani is by far the most unqualified paediatrician we've come to encounter. She is rude, inpatient, and unprofessional. After doing some background search on her, we've discovered she has been suspended a few times from the association of paediatricians in the past for malpractice. Google her and you'll see for yourself. After mis-diagnosing our 6 months old child, we decided to change her as she prescribed the wrong medication for our baby and caused his skin to react and get worst. We took our kid to Sick Kids Hospital and they were shocked to see what she had prescribed for our son. Dr.Yazdani didn't like the fact that we changed her as our pedi and called us trying to justify her misdiagnosis. As always, her inpatient tone and rude comments were unbearable. She paves her own path to disappointment and failure. Dr.Yazdani if you read this, please consider retiring as you seem to be way too old and inpatient for the practice of medicine. Avoid this clinic.

I'm quiet unhappy with the way I have been treated by the secretary, who I assume is Indian, who doesn't bother with returning my calls and the physician Dr. Ghaffar that raised his voice and told me not to call early for my medication! I heard a patient yelling at him and he didn't answer back. Now he's a week behind renewing my medication and because maybe I'm not persian, he doesn't seem to care if he's rude or not and I had lost my father and have serious health issues that if this continues it will push me over the edge, besides the COVID going around. I also noticed that Dr. Ghaffar has been quioete rude to me during the last phone call for a repeat of medication and he said get yourself a family doctor! I told him I would, but I could not get any appointmant till March12 ! It seems that he is nice to his people, but not me and I'm sure there are others. I am very disappointed in him and they have their own people they cater to. Karma comes back and I', sure he will be treated the same way by someone else!! I gues a doctor is a bing thing and he feels he can put people down.
L	L. Prado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so sad to see some bad reviews. We love love love our doctor - Nejad Ghaffar. We first met him at a walk in clinic and then he became our family doctor. It has been 3 years. He is so knowledgeable, kind, patient, always giving the best advice that works. Reception girls are great but we are always kind to them too, learn their names and ask how they are doing when we see them. I always recommend our doctor to friends and hope we will continue taking new patients.

Being a senior doctors seem to right you off to arthritis etc. Dr. Ghaffar investigates.I dislike people using the money angle. Look at his hours. You try working those hrs. Be careful a persons life is in your hands

She is extremely negative and is incapable of making any connections with kids.I truly believe she is in the wrong business and doubt her degrees/qualifications. DO not waste your time to pay a visit . By the way, almost forgot to say staff are unfriendly as well!!

On the website it says family doctor but they are not accepting it for 2 years, according to the attendant. Information passed only after insisting, because she was already out of the phone without giving a reason.

He is so knowledgeable, and explains things with details to make sure you understand very well. However, there are 2 receptionists, the indian lady is not friendly but really helpful. She knows her job. The other one is neither nice nor helpful. She is scared to handle things. Not professional at all. It is not the first time I am having problems with her. She doesn't care at all, and unbelievably every single time that I have to call, she tries to postpone everything to the other receptionist's shift! So that she doesn't take care of anything herself! It is not a high expectation to respect clients' time, considering that no one will call a doctor's office for fun.
