β β β β β I came to get my allergy shot here and the receptionist was so polite and helpful. The doctor was very thorough, especially as it was my first visit, making sure to inform herself of my medical history and taking my blood pressure, temperature, and listening to my heart/lungs before administering the shot. Although I had to wait over an hour to be seen, she seems to be thorough, which I canβt necessarily complain about. The only off putting thing was that she kept questioning me as to why I came to her, such as insisting I didnβt live close enough to the clinic. It didnβt seem very βwalk ins welcomeβ.

β β β β β I never leave reviews but this is a special occasion. I was very impressed with the service at this clinic, in fact, Dr. Ng is the most helpful doctor I have ever seen! She listened carefully to every concern I had and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend this walk-in!

β β β β β I have used this clinic a few times and it was great. This is not my primary doctor, but if my doctor Retires I will be coming to this clinic permanently. The Dr was kind, friendly efficient and most importantly competent. Keep up the great work and we are glad to have such a wonderful doctor in our community. Thanks for trying to keep us healthy!

β β β β β I am very grateful to the physician at this clinic - even though I am a "walk-in" patient, i called late July to indicate my concern about the lump I found - without doubting me, she said she would suggest that I ask my family MD for a mammogram and ultrasound. This information was key in my ability to ask for these - after a bit of insistence, i was able to get the requisition of these from my own GP and unfortunately am diagnosed with breast ca. however this could have been delayed if it was not with the recommendation by this doctor.

β β β β β Absolute WORST experience I've ever had! Doctor was hostile and made me feel ashamed to talk about what I was going through. I said I was going through chronic exhaustion and she claimed I must either be sad im single, stressed about money ETC. I had to insist for a blood test. In fact I found out nothing she suggested was right. Ive never felt so attacked by a doctor. Never again!

β β β β β Still using covid as an excuse to limit their workload. This is your typical post-covid "Were really busy all the time, sorry we cannot take you" but the place is empty 24/7.
They also rejected my son who has a fractured eye. Start holding these places responsible for this trash.

β β β β β Dr Cindy is very professional she loves her job and she follows up with her patients with every small things she gives time and listens to her patients and conciders every small details the patient tells her...she has been our family doctor for 6 years now and we're so lucky..Thanks Dr Cindy!
