β β β β β I saw positive feedback and reviews for Joyko Tax which is why I had Lynda do my taxes this year for the first time. Sadly to say, I was not impressed or satisfied with the company or the accountant. They forgot multiple times to contact me unless I followed up with them first. After they received my money, they stopped replying to my inquiries and emails. I've had my friends contact them for their taxes, but will be sharing not to use their services anymore for the future.

Lynda always responds to my phone call or email promptly. Even on weekends when not working and I have a question or enquiry she calls me back. I've been a satisfied client since 2003. I will definitely recommend Joyko Tax Accounting to my friends and family.
