★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always had a great experience with the professional medical advice and care from Dr. Fanipour. He is a good person and a good doctor. But, unfortunately the secretaries at the front desk are so rude, unattentive and they never the phone when trying to call. I have tried to call many times while the office is open and they never answer. I leave detailed messages and get responses back 4 hours later. When the secretaries answer the phone they just bounce you around with appointments 2-3 weeks later. I have noticed that these secretaries will have favouritism with their friends and book them right away, while everyone is pushed back.

Is a very compassionate,caring person.
She helped my brother after many, many years to find out about his disease.
She even helped him to have access to the best infectious disease drs.
She was very meticulous about all the results and tests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst family doctor ever!. They never call you back. I even got a surgery; the hospital couldn't even reach my family doctor. I asked them to fill up a simple form back in September, and again, they haven't contacted me even though I called them many times. Fanipour is a knowledgeable doctor, but his front desk is the worst; if she doesn't know you well, you are not her priority; even though she has to give attention to every patient, she runs her desk like a BBQ. Please don't make the mistake of going here; I rather drink detergent to kill bacterias than going back here
