Go somewhere else. You walk in and immediately see unprofessional receptionists bickering with clients. They're behind on appointments so the long wait, awkward and tense atmosphere, and generally horrible staff are not worth the trouble, even if the doctor is good.

I had an emergency during last weekend and went here to visit Dr as a walk-in. Although the governmemt has extended health card renewal deadline to Sep 2022, they did not accept my OHIP and I could not get an appointment. I contacted service Ontario today and they said every healthcare provider knows that although the system shows invalid for an expired OHIP, but they must accept it till Sep 30, 2022. I am very dissapointed from this place since the employees are not aware of policies, and I dont recomend you to visit this clinic even in emergency.

I needed to update my review based on recent experiences with the clinic. I've completely stopped seeing Dr Atwal at this point because I have a lot of difficulty speaking with her. Despite offering her feedback and being told it will be taken on board, not much has changed. Whenever I saw Dr Atwal I felt incredibly rushed. Even after waiting several hours to see her. She speaks incredibly quickly, and although she hasn't mentioned it, I feel as though she just wants to move on as soon as possible to get to other patients. As a result I don't feel like I'm being listened to, that my voice or concerns don't matter and that I need to basically rehearse what I am going to say before seeing her so as to waste as little of her time as possible. This is honestly not how I'd like to feel as a patient, especially not with my family doctor. The great news though, and honestly the saving Grace from my rating being even lower than it is, is Dr Rida. Dr Rida seems to be the complete polar opposite of doctor Atwal - he's always very personable and easy to talk to and he never makes me feel rushed. I feel like I can talk to him and like he'll actually listen to what I'm saying instead of just hearing me. Dr Rida has been my go-to now for quite a while because he's just absolutely amazing. He asks about other aspects of my life and how I'm doing, he shows interest in my well-being and he even asks about my family members which is really amazing. I would say definitely the most important thing is that I don't feel rushed anymore and I feel like I can actually sit down and have a conversation with him about things that worry me about my health. He also says it like it is and lets me know when he has concerns about my health. I'm given options and I feel more involved in my own health care. I also don't really feel comfortable walking up to the front desk most times. I usually just sign in and ask when I can come back to see the doctor as I live close by. I often avoid having conversations with most of the folks at the front desk because similarly to Dr Atwal, I feel like I can't talk to them. They always seem in a rush and when you try to get their attention the response is not always friendly. In some cases it's been so bad that I've been thinking of changing clinics all together. Again the only saving grace is really how amazing Dr Rida is. If I have to be honest oh, if it wasn't for him I would likely have chosen a different doctor by now. This review is not meant to slam anyone or to shame anybody but to give you an honest review of my experience having been at this clinic for over 8 years. This way if you plan to attend the clinic you know what to expect.

When we arrived, there were about five people ahead. We were told it is fine to leave and come back in an hour and half. When I arrived back, they told me that there are six people ahead and another hour and half to wait. This is very unfair given that I have to wait with my small child and other people were placed ahead. I don't understand why they are doing these type of injust actions, we should all be treated equally.

Bad place. Avoid this walk-in clinic, very long waiting: 2-3.5 hrs, dirty rooms, dust everywhere (public health should audit them), huge volume of patients files everywhere, not computerized, lots of interns that are all in the small area at Reception. Dr are not that good. There are better walk-in clinics within 3 km of this one ( One on Bathurst and another on Shepard). This is not what people that pay taxes should get as health care! This should not be allowed!

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star, it’s actually ridiculous. The staff are incredibly rude, unhelpful, don’t even do the bare minimum, and the waiting times are incredibly absurd. This establishment is extremely mismanaged and patient satisfaction or care is clearly no concern to anyone. How does it make sense that you have to wait 5 hours to see a doctor with 6 people ahead of you in the waiting room? It doesn’t. It’s almost blindly obvious that they spew a bunch of nonsense they don’t even believe themselves. I don’t even know how this place is still running to be honest. In the horrible one week experience I had, I witnessed and heard about MULTIPLE other cases of this exact same behaviour. Clearly they’re used to treating everyone like absolute garbage here.

I give 3 stars only because of the amazing doctors and supervisor and some staff members. The doctors are sweet and amazing. The supervisor is kind and patient with the students. However, one staff member is extremely rude and always sounds so miserable. She doesn't like it when the students are around and talks and treats patients badly. They make fun of people and call them names and describes them in a disgusting way behind their back. She says it's a stressful and busy environment but that's what the job entails. You are supposed to act professional, be professional, and treat patients with care. You do not yell at patients and students and discriminate. She also talks bad about her senior/supervisor and other colleagues. She is very unprofessional that the working environment becomes toxic and the students are complaining about her.

Worst clinic and service one can ever expect. I kept waiting for more than 4.5 hours and receptionist would say just 3 patients before you. They call patients with no sequence at all. Rude answers if you ask anything. No coordination at work. 3 different women asked me to fill in the same form thrice. Don't expect any politeness from anyone here, forget about help. Will not recommend to anyone. I am sure multiple more good walk in clinics are there
