He was always so easy to contact. During the one unfortunate circumstance where the basement flooded, Jack made sure the repairs were done overnight. He bent over backwards to make sure the rental was up and running as soon as possible.
Jack also helped me look for a New Rental property, he always Emailed and Called me with updates.
He was honest with me with every property he showed, being straight forward with the Pros and Cons. I will 100% be contacting him again when it is time to move house.
