We got 99% of our asking price, price which he by the way suggested himself. He is great to work with, seams very knowledgeable and open to your suggestion. Over all a great experience. I will hire him again when selling a hose in the future.

He was so helpful with all the paperwork and advised me on all steps of the process. He was super also responsive by phone and email and just really great to deal with. I highly recommend Jerome.

He has a large and professional client base, and we couldn't have been happier with the tenants that he found for us. He's quick to answer calls, very polite and respectful, and just has a professional demeanour that you don't come across too often nowadays. Definitely recommend his services to anyone considering.

Buying and selling homes can be quite an emotional and stressful experience --with emotion at times clouding good judgement. I found Jerome to be honest, and felt that he was looking out for our best interests. He took the time to find out our must have and wish lists and reminded us of them as we toured properties. I believe he is not short sighted--and sees the big picture (i.e., he wants his customers happy so they will return, and, I think so that he can sleep at night with a clear conscience and without fear of revenge by unhappy new home owners ;).
