Dr. Sherif Kodsi

If u evee want to walk into a WALK IN CLINIC and be queationned about why u did not make an appointment in advance and sit there for 3+ hours ...please do come by the place .

The doctor is very friendly and professional and I would give him 5 stars but his receptionist is very rude.

very kind and efficient. happy to refer Dr Kodsi to friends and family, in search of a quality walk-in clinic.

I have to agree with @Mariam Tabar that Dr. Kodsi is a gem of a doctor but his receptionist is very rude. Due to rude receptionist the whole experience is ruined. I will change my review 5 stars once this is fixed.

Dr. Sherif is such a nice good doctor, it sucks that he is being represented by his receptionists especially Edith. She is the rudest most unprofessional receptionist I have ever spoke with! I had a previous referral for an endocrinologist and couldn't make it to my appointment, and already spoke with dr.sherif about it and apologized and she is aware of that. I asked for a referral to another doctor 3 weeks ago as I do not feel well and my diabetes is becoming worse, she takes the information and decides that "it is not of interest" to her anymore to refer me to anyone? SORRY but you are not the doctor to decide whether or not you want to or do not want to refer me to another doctor for my own health! She was extremely rude over the phone and has so much attitude. I will leave this office that I have been going to since I was a born just because of the terrible service, such a shame!

My favourite family dr kind never rush you . He has been my dr for 25 years amazing . His staff are efficient and always helping He is the Dr with heart . He cares about his patients . No Mather what Thank you Dr kodsi for keeping me healthy Nabila Nashid

The receptionist Edith needs to be fired. Rude arrogant and very unprofesstional when dealing with patient it seems as this is not the only comment here bout her. Mri was done on lower back, results came in with major issues and there was never a called placed to patient for DR. to have patient come in. The Dr probably doesnt even know about that this occuring with his patients at the front of the office. She will put you on hold if you call in and forget about you on hold or on purpose it seems to book a simple appointment, seeing as this has happened multiple times i don't have enough fingers to count the times this has happened . If you attempt to call back nobody will pick up the phone, there has been times calls have been placed to have a return call because she is "busy" and no call back. I know of someone who says that she was told by by Edith "she is not there to baby sit people" Really? You work in healthcare. Your dealing with sick people, and people that require medical attention and healthcare. It is not baby sitting, this is care, as in healthcare, and it seems you don't really care that much about patients, to being putting things in that manner and terms. If you don't like your job don't risk people health in the process and be rude in the process. If you cant handle your job duties because yourself as you said in other words overwhelmed, then there is a serious issue you either need to retire or find a new job. This all needs to be looked into because you are being negligent it seems and very rude in the process. Over all Dr. Is amazing but it really disturbing that this is the point of contact and representation of this office and you really put trust issues into peoples healthcare.
