She was also rude and inconsiderate of her situation saying "NOT EVERYONE CAN WALK IN FROM THE ROAD TO SEE THE DOCTOR"! I dont think that's a nice way of talking to someone calling your office for the first time! Ruined my sister's day! I dont think Dr. Edward would want such behaviour in his office either!

She is very unprofessional and has no tolerance for people who are sick and need help. His secretory need to take anger management course or train how to control her emotions to be able to treat people with respect.

Dr. Chiu was my 3rd doctor from this office. Although I did not have a problem dealing with him, my issue is when I tried to come back to his office after unable to find a new family doctor in the Niagara region! I was no longer accepted as an old patient and was put on a "waiting list"! That was over a year ago! I was even willing to drive 2 hours!

Dr. Chiu always takes the time to thoroughly review my health concerns and treatment needs. My children are also patients of Dr. Chiu and the same level of professionalism is extended to them. I personally like his secretary and her no nonsense approach to ensuring the office is run properly. If you're looking for a new family doctor, look no further than Dr. Chiu.

Amazing doctor, I moved quite far away from them but he is still my doctor, I can rely on him to always help when I need it. He always looks for your best benefit. The complaints against his secretary is really unwarranted, if you treat her like a human she will treat you like one as well. A lot of the complaints sound like they are entitled to get what they want and unhappy when they didn't get it. This isn't a convenience store, it's a doctor's office. Treat people with respect and you will get treated with respect. Never had an issue with his secretary and she has always been kind and pleasant.
