P	Phoenix Robertson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think Dr. Joe. is very questionable. Here is my experience. At my first visit he told me there were lots of things needed to be done base on my good benefit. I felt it was unnecessary, so I refused to follow his advice. It seemed he was hungry for money. The worst experience was I had problem with one tooth and he drilled the good tooth beside it. I complained it to him and the Royal College but he asked me to sign an agreement and tried to silence me without any apology. It means I can't talk about my experience to the public. I refuse to do so. I feel it is my duty to tell the public the truth and let people make their own choice. I respect our professionals, but I lost faith in Dr. Mark Joe. # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # It is very unfortunate that Dr. Joe is denying I was his patient (For sure I am not now). He knows exactly what I was talking about and what he had done to me. And also he knows my preferred name is Phoenix. I am still waiting for an apology and his accountability for damaging my good tooth. April 23, 2019

On the first appointment, Sonia was very thorough and helped explain any details. Dr.Joe is very considerate. He listened to all my concerned and he really puts patients first. I definitely recommend Dr Joe and Sonia!

She did a fine job of explaining to me the steps I need to take to maintain good oral care. Hope to see her again on my future visits. Everybody is very friendly at the clinic. Thank you for the great service.

He is very knowledgeable about what he does, attentive to every detail to make sure not to cause pain or irritation. I love that he talked me through the procedure, letting me know what to expect and helping me understand what is happening in my mouth. I feel like he has taught me a lot about my dental health and I feel more confident in maintaining my dental health in the future. Very professional, very friendly, and very caring. Kar-Ming also did a fantastic job with the cleaning. Was very kind, good with her hands and really helped me understand which parts I need to improve on. I could go on-and-on, but Ill just leave it as a "Best Dental Clinic I've ever been to."
