S	Skyy Provost on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dentist seemed to be in it for the money. He took xrays of my entire mouth when I complained of only one tooth needing a filling. He charged me extra per Xray. He explained that it was to see how many cavities I had (seemed reasonable at the time).My next appointment for a cleaning and check up was 2 weeks later. He decided to inspect my teeth for 3 mins to see if I had cavities, again! He clearly could have seen from the xrays he took two weeks before. Also the staff with the blonde hair and older was very hostile. I waited a long time to be seen again after my cleaning, (they sent me back to waiting room to wait) I wanted to leave but she insited I stayed and that I wouldn’t be booked again if I left before my “check up”. Anyways my cleaning that didn’t even use any water and my check up was over 400$!!

It’s upstairs in the building, I would imagine hard for people with little kids and there was an older lady saying how hard the stairs were. Some of the staff could be a bit friendlier. But they do their jobs well.

I've recently been seeing Dr. Stephen who is both gentle and professional. He takes the time to check on all my health issues-not just my oral health. I am very confident with the care I receive and look forward to the next 40 years of excellent dental and oral health care.

I have never been more pleased, the treatment has lasted over 9 years and did not cause me ANY additional pain or discomfort!! HE SAVED MY TOOTH!!!!! I was so pleased with the entire experience that I transferred my entire family to his office! I continue to praise his work to everyone I meet. Here are my reasons! 1. It is a family run office; Dr.Kay and staff take the time to get to know each patient personally, I want to be treated as a person not a problem. 2. Great hours!!! I can come in after work. 3. The office is clean, decorated with modern decor, and has a professional atmosphere. It is a comfortable environment for children and adults. Even the biggest dentist phobic will feel comfortable. 4. Most importantly !!! Dr. Kay, a second generation dentist, is very skilled and takes great pride in his work. He is very careful and gentle ! I praise the quality of work, care, and the ability to treat all people with respect. The staff and hygienists make you feel welcome and all work well together in a professional manner. I have referred 8 satisfied people and counting to Kay Dental!

They used to give me so many toys when I was a little kid and now, they address all my problems, concerns, and they're even great to chat with about life in general. Dr. Stephen is up to date with his methods, thorough with his procedures, patient, understanding, friendly and very professional. I have had only good experiences with the front office staff and any of the dental assistants and hygienists who have who have treated me. The office is spotless and welcoming. A bonus is an abundance of free parking and the fact that the office is literally steps from a subway station. I have no hesitation in recommending this dental office to anyone requiring dental work. Question: Do you know the best time of day to visit your dentist? Answer: 2:30 (viz. tooth hurty)

Each time, I am extremely impressed with his ability to fix dental issues, give superb advice on care and top it off by treating patients with respect. This guy is brilliant. His staff are also marvelous starting with Sheryl at Reception.
