★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completion is not until the latter part of 2021 or early 2022, this modern community structure will be a great addition to the ever growing Leslie and Sheppard neighbourhood.
It will have a pool, a library, underground parking, and a daycare. Unfortunate though that the plan is a bit short-sighted e.g. only a 52 spot daycare when we know there's a shortage as it is in the area; and the pool is only 25m in length which will have the propensity to be crowded at times instead of a full length 50m pool similar to Douglas Snow at Yonge and Sheppard.
